1. About Jobee

Jobee is a Pakistan-based online platform that allows job seekers to build a free CV, browse job listings, and apply to jobs, while allowing employers to post job openings and search candidate profiles.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must register as either a Candidate or an Employer to access full platform features.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Candidate Terms

  • The CV builder tool is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use in creating a resume/CV.
  • Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into their CV and profile.
  • Jobee does not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, or job placement as a result of using the platform.

4. Employer Terms

  • Employers may post job listings that comply with Pakistani labor law and do not discriminate on any unlawful basis.
  • Jobee reserves the right to remove any job listing that is fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or violates these Terms.
  • Paid job packages (per our Pricing page) are billed as described at time of purchase; see our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Post false, fraudulent, or misleading job listings or CVs
  • Use the platform to collect personal data for spam, scams, or unrelated marketing
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
  • Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

All Jobee branding, design, and platform code are the property of Jobee/CodexSol. Users retain ownership of the CV content and job listings they submit, but grant Jobee a license to display that content on the platform for its intended purpose.

7. Third-Party Links & Advertising

Jobee may display advertisements from third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense). Jobee is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the practices of advertisers linked from this site.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jobee provides its platform “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of user-submitted job listings or CVs, or any specific employment outcome. Jobee is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

Jobee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent job postings or misuse of candidate data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
