I am currently working in Master Textile mills Ltd.
Where I experienced Acid wash with pumice stones in Barrel machines(industrial rotary drum machines).
Thermocol(polystyrene) balls used as an effective low-abrasion substitute for pumice stones during the acid washing of textile the balls facilitate controlled color fading and a soft, vintage contrast without causing severe tearing or damage to delicate fabrics.
